Refund policy
Our refund policy for memorial jewelry is valid for up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Canceled orders for any reason within the first 30 days may qualify for a refund. Although, once we receive your collection packet with the cremated remains, production begins. Once production commences, the order can no longer be canceled/refunded.
If more than 30 days have elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. However, after the initial thirty-day period has elapsed, and if you cannot supply us with the cremains, you may request that we create your purchased item without any cremains infused into the glasswork.
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, don't hesitate to contact ryan@daybreakdreams.com. We will make it our priority to work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution may include reworking the glassware or replacement of the item.
*Please note that the nature of handcrafted objects includes slight variations in color, look, and ash placement among the finished pieces.
