Shipping policy

We ship a collection packet containing the materials necessary for shipping cremated remains within 1-2 business days from purchase. Please return it to Daybreak Dreams when you are ready. We will notify you via email when your collection packet has arrived at our studio. Generally, it takes about 1-2 weeks to create your pendant(s) and fulfill the order.
We ship finished orders with USPS First Class or Priority Mail Shipping (depending upon weight). We will pay the costs of sending the collection packet to you and for sending the finished glassworks. Clients will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the collection packet to our studio.*
*Please note the United States Postal Service is the only shipping carrier willing to transport cremated remains. Federal USPS regulation 451.22 requires cremated remains to be shipped via Priority Mail Express. We provide all the materials necessary for shipping cremains via Priority Mail Express. Our clients' current flat-rate fee at the post office is $29.45.
