Shipping policy

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Within 1–2 business days of placing your order, we will mail you a collection packet containing everything you need to safely package and ship your loved one’s cremated remains to our studio.

When you're ready, simply return the collection packet to Jewelry Made From Ashes. We will notify you by email as soon as it arrives at our studio.

Please allow approximately 10 business days from the time we receive your collection packet for us to create your handcrafted glass pendant(s) and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of shipping your collection packet to you and sending your finished jewelry to you via UPS. You are responsible only for the return postage when mailing the collection packet to our studio.

Important Information About Shipping Cremated Remains

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only shipping carrier authorized to transport human cremated remains. USPS regulations require cremated remains to be shipped using Priority Mail Express.

Your collection packet includes all the necessary packaging materials and instructions to meet these requirements. You will simply need to pay the return postage at your local post office.

The current Priority Mail Express postage cost is approximately $34. Actual rates may vary.
